Just wanted to let everyone know that Kim is finally home from Seattle. She ended up having to go through the pituitary surgery twice. They didn't get all the tumor the first time around and her numbers didn't drop as expected, so they took her back in 3 days later to look again. They believe they got it all and her numbers hit 0 as expected within 12 hrs after that surgery.

So now she's just recouping from being strung through the wringer. We had to replan her flight and the only one we could get was a redeye. In her condition it was that much more exhausting. But she's home and doing well, just resting and sleeping. Kids and myself are glad to have her back. She'll be bedridden for awhile, so hopefully once she catches up on all her sleep, she'll be updating everyone soon.

I have goosebumps for you Kim!! I hope this is all good and your in the recovery mode for a cure!! Man I can't believe you had to do it twice!! What a trooper you are!!! Hang in there honey we love you and are praying hard!!!

Since I'm new I'm not sure what the situation is, but glad to hear she's recovering nicely and they hopefully got what they needed to get done, done. Will be keeping her and the family in my thoughts and prayers!

The surgeries sucked, but being home and possibly having a cure makes it all worth it. I'm tired or I would post more, but as I figure this meds thing out, hopefully I will post more soon. Miss you all!
