I work with Balloon Time Helium Balloon Kits and I just wanted to let you know about a great contest we’re running that could get your child on our packaging and earn them a scholarship. Parents nationwide can enter their children, ages 3-11, in the Balloon Time “Put A Face On Fun” contest through Oct. 1 to be featured on a future Balloon Time package.
