Well, first the bad news the girl decided to keep her baby. I don't know why but over the last few days I kind of was expecting it. She is dropping out of school, & going to stay with friends....she is in for a long hard road & so is that baby! I just hope this really is the best decision. Then, another woman who is 20 weeks pregnant & due in October says she doesn't want her baby, & knows our other adoption fell through, & wants to know if we are interested. She already has 2 kids, & says she doesn't want this one. I mean she has felt her baby moving, & tomorrow she's having her big u/s to find out the sex...How can she feel nothing for it? Anyway, dh wants to do it, but I'm not sure. I told dh I want to talk to her so I'm hoping to meet with her this weekend. So, I guess every dark cloud has a silver lining. I had no idea how many people around me don't want their babies!

Well, tonight is the first night I'll be using my instead cups & preseed for ttc! I took an opk this morning & it's almost + & I have lots of cm so I think I'm going to O early again this month. Last month I O'd on cd 15 but completely missed it! If this cycle doesn't work I'm going to use my CBEFM next cycle...I finally got it! Anyway, has anyone had any success with preseed?

Oh Pamela you seem to be going on a rollacoster ride. It also seems you have oportunities all around you. I think it's wise to talk with the lady first and not jump top to conclutions.
I hope this works out for you. well either the adoptions or the preseed!

It amazes me that so many women don't want their babies and yet there are so many that struggle to have one! I'm sorry the first adoption didn't go through and I pray that what is supposed to happen will with the other one! DH and I used preseed for all our BDing when TTC and it worked for us! He actual enjoyed the extra "moistness" (sorry TMI).

I'm so sorry, Pamela. I can understand being hesitant with the woman who already has 2 children . . . that is surprising. And you just never know what will happen with the teenager. It is early and doesn't seem real right now - she could change her mind again.

I hope that the instead cups do the trick for you!!

Oh Pamela, I'm so sorry You know, stay in touch with this girl b/c she is so young she could very well change her mind again. Just don't allow yourself to get your hopes up too high so they aren't crushed if she sticks with her decision to keep it. I'm just so sad for that baby too

Good luck with the cups and preseed. I used it a couple of times when we ttc a boy last year as it is supposed to favour male sperm. We only tried for a couple of months and gave up as it wasn’t the right time. I still want a boy, but can’t be bothered to use it this time round.

Maybe it was meant for you to have the other baby...think of it this way, if you do decide to adopt from the other lady, you'll be a mommy sooner.

I just wanted to say that you're in my thoughts and prayers. I'm sure everything will work out in the end whether you adopt the girl's baby, the second lady to approach you, or get pg with your own baby. You're a strong woman and I admire your strength and faith.
