Icon7 Surgery!

Everything went really well, the dr said that the last surgery healed so well that you can't even tell it was done... The actual surgery was half the time and wasn't nearly as difficult for them as the previous one, my dr said that they didn't have to do much cutting. The balloon catheter was able to stay in (it wouldn't last time because they had to cut so much of my cervix that it wouldn't stay) and that should make me heal even quicker this time. Unfortunately it irritates my uterus so the muscles are spasming a lot so it's much more painful than last time but that I can deal with because this time I have ABSOLUTELY NO NAUSEA!!!! The last time I was very dizzy and could barely move without feeling like I was going to throw up... I also took a very long time to come out of the anesthetic last time (didn't even wake up until 1pm from a 8am surgery, no recollection of being in the recovery area) this time I was awake in recovery by 11am from a 9am surgery...They gave me less anesthesia and more gravol by IV this time and I think that really helped me. I was ready (in my opinion) to come home by 1pm but didn't get to go home until 3 because the nurses were too busy to do the evaluation tests inorder to discharge me.

Overall I'm feeling very well, I can deal with a little pain if I'm not dizzy or have nausea! I'm taking it easy laying on the couch for tonight... my parents are here taking very good care of me and mom will stay over with me tonight.

OH and I almost forgot the best part... I only have to take the hormones for one month instead of 2 because everything went so well... this means that we can start TTC one whole month earlier!!!!!!!!!!!!
