So I stick my thermometer in my mouth this wondering and I start to wonder what the heck is taking so long. I look at the clock at it has been at least 5 minutes. I can't check the therm to see if it is working in the dark, so I decide to get up and find out what the problem is. The whole thing had died. It was making a little beep when you try to turn it on, but it wasn't turning on. So It looks like I need a new battery.

So who knows if my temp is going up or down.

Lovely! I guess that is telling you that your temp in the 2ww is irrelevant!!! I hate when things like that happen.

Ugh..how frustrating!! You may want to look into the BD thermometer..it beeps every 4 seconds to let you know it's in the right place and still working!! It is pretty quick with taking temps too..I got mine off of amazon.com..and it was only $10 or so!!...that being said..I hope you won't need a thermometer next cycle, because I'm hoping you see a bfp instead!!

Sorry about your dumb-dumb therm! I hope tomorrow it's super high like someone said! It sounds like my Monday is turning out like yours. The hospital rescheduled my HSG for tomorrow. Idiots.

OH NO! I'd be sitting still for an hour waiting for my temp to level off so I could take it again. =) I think I'd go crazy not knowing. Good news is...you get to be surprised tomorrow. (If that's good news!) I sure hope it is going UP UP UP!

Thanks girls. At this point, I don't even care about my temp. I am so excited to get the test done and have a plan, that I am not even the least bit concerned about my this month. Man, I am so weird!!!!

some of the BBTs are weird - mine sometimes is .4-.5 degrees off when i take a temp right after the first one - doesn't seem too accurate that way :p
