RE Appointment went great!!!!!
Well I couldn't of asked for a better appointment.I start birthcontrol next week for 19 days. Then I start the Lupron for 3 weeks.I then do the menapor to trigger.ER is set for September 4rth.Then the Egg transfer is for 3 days after that..I am so happy..Pregnacy test on September the 18th ..He said he is almost positive that it will work.He said every woman that he has done that hasnt had fertility problems just blocked tubes has got pregnant all but one.Wow my chances are high!!!!Also dh has to give a s/a and has to have blood work.I was so nervous today that my blood pressure was up 140/100..He said you have got to calm your self down. That if I am stressed it will not work.He said during the ER they would put me to sleep. Then during ET they would give valium.Does that sound right?
I said I would promise to calm down.I also asked about my weight.I am 5/8 and 180 pounds. He said that shouldnt be a problem but it would be even better to lose 10 to 15 pounds. So I am on a diet..Yuck I hate diets..I can do this...
Did I tell yall how much I hate needles??????Well let me tell you..I am scared to death of them..I will do it if it means I have a chance to get pregnant...

Re: RE Appointment went great!!!!!
Yay, you have a plan!
The needles are not bad. I swear. I'm really afraid of them too, and even though I know the subQ needles don't hurt at all, I still get nervous with every shot. It's normal. But it's just mind over matter. You can do it! It sounds like your chances are great. And 10-15 lbs isn't a lot. Many people can drop most of that amount in water alone!

Re: RE Appointment went great!!!!!
Glad it went so well!! Just wanted to say, you can do the needles. I'm actually needle-phobic, and I got through it! As for the schedule - I should tell you that it is *approximate* so don't be shocked if some of the dates (particular when you start stimming, how long you stim, when you trigger, etc.) change by a few days - either earlier or later. Don't worry if that happens - they move on to each step when your body is ready!
Usually, tubal blockage has the highest success rate, so I think it sounds amazing!!

Re: RE Appointment went great!!!!!
Wow! How amazing to have such a great success rate! Definitely take some time to have fun before all the business of your next cycle starts. I second what everyone has said...you CAN do the needle thing. It's really more mind over matter than anything!
GL and can't wait to hear about a BFP!
