Qotd-4/11/08...a little late!
What is your favorite children's book that you will most certainly share with your own children one day?
I love EVERY Dr. Suess book, but I'd pick Green Eggs and Ham as my overall favorite. After teaching 1st Grade for so many years, I honestly have a ton of favs, but I'm just picking the one I liked when I was a little girl! My dad read it to me over and over. I have it memorized now!

I love all the books that have the gold spine...they're old timey. I suck for not knowing the names, but I always loved those.

Cat in the hat was my favorite book growing up. I would make my dad read it to me every night until I got the point where I had memorized every word. That book will have to be a staple in my child's book collection.
