. I like that he's a positive thinker, but I've been doing this long enough to not get my hopes up too high yet.
Anyway, had the full testing rundown with my RE. My dh got a big
for his S/A...good count, motility, etc. My tubes are clear, my uterus looks fab (except decreased blood flow or something...?), and my egg reserve looks good for my age - so, it's the same ol' ovulation issue that's keeping me from getting preggers again. Good news is that RE thinks my endo is in check still, so no surgery at this time...
. He wants to do:
1-2 cycles of 1,000 mg Metformin, 75 mg Clomid, 10,000 Hcg trigger and timed BD again.
If that's a no-go, he wants to add Follistim and may consider an IUI, though he thinks we should be good with timed BDing.
So, that's the plan. If I'm not preggers in 4 months, we meet back to re-evaluate. I'm hoping for the best here, but won't believe it 'til I see that BFP!
