Well, today marks the one year mark for two things for me
1-AF started after going off BCPs and we started TTC
2-The shootings at VA Tech.
My DH and I both graduated from there in 93 and were there the night before the shootings to celebrate an anniversary for a club he was in. His grandmother, Aunt and Uncle, and cousins still live there in Blacksburg, VA and we are there several times a year for games and holidays.
How sad for all those families today to have to remember this day each year!

My prayers go out to all of them!

Sorry Kristie....I'm like that with Columbine. 2 of my 3 cousins graduated from there and one of them had just transfered to another school the week before the shootings. It's something as a country we will never forget.

Now that you're here, you should get that BFP before too long!! You have a lot of people pulling for ya!

So what did you think about Idol?!?! I wanted to jump through the TV and hug David and let him cry on my shoulder...shhh, don't tell DH! heehee LOVE him!

I was watching CNN today and talking to my sister. Neither of us could believe that the VA Tech shooting was a year ago. What a terrible tragedy. for all of those touched by it.

As far as your TTC anniversary, I'm right behind you. I stopped BCPS on April 28, 2007.

Well, I actually stopped them in Feb, but didn't get AF until this day! I'm glad we can both relate. Of course, age is probably a big factor in my secondary infertility (if it isn't my DH!) GL to both of us this month eh?

WOW...well, once again, I think the singer/song writer choice this season stinks. I don't know very many Maria Carey songs, but I was hoping someone would bust out with "All I want for Christmas is you!" I loved that version by her! HA!

Let's see:
DAVID: LOVE HIM! He isn't that good looking, but something about him is cute. He looks much better with the short side burns. He reminds me of a couple of popular singers already. Probably another Chris Daughtry.

Kristy Lee: Horrible dress color. I still think her voice is good for country, but her stage presence, well, we all know!

I honestly didn't care for Jason lst night. I was surprised the judges liked him as much as they did. I still say he's another Jason Miraz, John Mayer, Jack Johnson type. I like him!

As for the rest...UGH! Brooke annoys me. I put Brooke, Carly, and either Siesha or Jason in the bottom 2 tonight. Who are your choices?
