OMG soooo sick!

Well i was ok during the day yesterday but last night my oh my i had such a belly ache and so much gas then i went to bed finally got comfortable fell asleep woke up cover in sweat and having hot flashes and pelvic pressure and my stomach bothering me and all morning i have been really nauseous.
I'm hoping these are all good signs but i tested yesterday and still got a negative, i have no tests at home so i didn't test today. Maybe ill go out and buy some tests today!
