One of my friends was diagnosed with a premature menopause when she was in college, so she knew from the get-go her only option of conception would be IVF with a donor egg. So she never learned anything about cycles or TTC because she knew she'd never be able to do it.
She informed me that she is shocked her SIL got pg because her BIL drinks Mountain Dew and that kills sperm.
She said bd'ing every three days is the only way to get pg and if you do it more often than that there aren't enough sperm. I had to inform her that in a man with a normal s/a, this is not a problem.
When I told her I was cramping the other day she said, "Oh that's implantation." Umm, no I've already gotten my

so that means implantation has already occured. If the egg had not implanted, the beta hcg would not have been released and the HPT would not have come up positive.
After saying all that, she really believes she is a reproductive expert.
I love her, but sometimes she makes my head hurt.
