Need Help Charting

Hey ladies.. I need some help.. Since i am new here. I have no clue what this charting thing everyone talks about. I dont do the temp thing. Is this what it is?? if not.. can someone point me in the right direction.. I feel silly !!!

Yes, charting is temping. I just started taking mine last month and hope to learn a lot more in the process. Maybe you should consider it as well. It's really nice in the 2WW as it can give you something else to obsess about! HA! Go to fertilityfriend.com and sign up for free. A Basal thermometer is only about 10 bucks as well. May be worth it! OH, and there is a tutorial/class on that site as well.

Yes, and doing it online is much easier than on paper... I charted BBT on the paper charts for months and didn't find it to be helpful, but fertilityfriend.com makes it easy and gives you alot of good information!

There is a great resource at Fertility Friend, another website, that explains charting temps and it offers a free online course.

Also taking charge of your fertility is good book and very helpful if you want to temp!

Great.. thanks everyone.. I will look into it.. I didnt do any counting this month due to my M/C.. But my doctor called yesterday and said that my HCG was almost out of my system.. i think like 7 and i have the clear to try next cycle! yeah.. she said that it was very good that my levels went down as fast as they did.. sometimes they can take forever.. I will look into the charting thing soon.. thanks ladies
