My visit with the Vampire & the Magic Wand
So I just got back from today's Vampire (bloodwork) and Magic Wand (u/s) appt. And, surprise, surpise . . . .
THINGS ARE MUCH BETTER!!
My lining is all the way up to 10.3 (apparently, a "perfect" number).
I have about 8 or 9 follies that are ripe (mostly on my right side). All the little ones grew tons, and the big ones held steady, so I have all of them about the same size, which is perfect.
The RE decided to have me do 1 more day of stims (I think he wants to give 1 or 2 other follies a chance of catching up and I think he wanted to push me to Monday so he could do the ER himself). I can't believe it - this IVF is actually going to happen!! I go back tomorrow morning for a final check/count/measurement, and then we trigger tomorrow night. Now I know why they call IVF a roller coaster ride. I have to get through tomorrow, and trigger, and then fertilization, and then wait to see how they grow, then transfer, then the 2ww. It is still a long road, but I'm moving forward!

Oh my gosh, T!!! I'm sooo excited for you! I just knew things would turn around for you. I cannot wait to see your results for tomorrow. KUP!! I'm praying that this is your first and only IVF and you get that miracle baby!!

I can't believe that after all this time that you may actually be pregnant within a matter of days!!!!!!
