Hey, SheKnows Guest - we need you! The SheKnows TTC boards aren't going anywhere - but perhaps you'd consider helping us grow our new TTC message boards at talk.PregnancyAndBaby.com? We want to be able to provide even more resources and support to hopeful moms, which means giving SK's sister community a little extra love. Please check out the new P&B boards here - and thanks!

My Apologies
My apologies, for what they are worth, to the board. I had a wild hair up my hiney lately. I asked for help then lost my marbles. Everyone on this board has problems. Everyone on this board, while going through similar ordeals also are going though completely different ordeals. There has just been so much stress in my life recently I lost it for awhile and listening to my friend gush on how the RE's here are trying this and that and all that just got to me.
TTC will probably be on hold for awhile since DH jacked up his knee at PT on friday. The docs are talking maybe surgery but probably at the least physical therapy. This is a reaccuring problem for him and the doctors have been trying to hold off on the surgery as long as possible but we'll see. Just taking it one moment at a time. He has another appointment later today.
I welcome the break but DH hurting is not cool.
Anyhoo. I apologize to ya'll.

Re: My Apologies
We understand Kerry.
We are all under so much pressure right now in our lives so we are probably more forgiving of the occassional "snap" than anyone!
I hope DH heals up really quickly!

Re: My Apologies
Kerry no need to apologize! The stress TTC puts on everyone on top of everyday lives is enough to make all of us snap!
I hope DH gets to feeling better. KUP on what happens.

Re: My Apologies
Kerry - as Mandy said, we all "snap," and we do understand. I'm so sorry DH is having knee issues, and I hope a little physical therapy makes the problem go away. If not, I hope he just has to do arthroscopic surgery - much quicker recovery time!

Re: My Apologies
I hope your dh feels better soon, and you can just enjoy your time off together. Even though I am not in the same category for ttc as many, I still have gotten enough of a taste of it, that I can see how emotionally and physically draining it is month after month. Big (((hugs))).

Re: My Apologies
We all understand Kerry... IF is a mean nasty disease that we wouldn't wish on our worst enemies and it changes us. We have been TTC #1 for almost 2 years and in this time I have become so withdrawn, depressed and bitter. We just have to remember that we will receive our reward.

Re: My Apologies
No worries Kerry. We still love you and want the best for you. We all need our days to rant and cry over the tough times in TTC. I hope things turn around for you soon and dh recovers quickly.

Re: My Apologies
We have all had those moments so no apology needed. I hope your DH's knee recovers quickly. My DH tore his ACL three years ago and had to have surgery and it was hard watching him go through all that. Take care!
