I mostly O'd the day of my peak - some people O the 2nd day. It is why I liked to do the OPKs, too. I usually got a +OPK (or pretty darn close) the day before, then peak in the morning. Because I got too many days of high, bd'ing everyday of high was too much work, and I needed a bit more warning than that!! I see you only got 1 day of high this time - the monitor should adjust next month and give you 3 days of high, if you have to use it again.

If you look at your February chart you'll notice your temp went down before it went up. I've O'd on the same day as the peak but I've also o'd the day after the peak. I think the monitor is set up to give 2 peaks, a high, and then go back to low.... but if it actually does that depends on the person. I'd bd tonight too and I think you'll be covered.
