ttc since dec 06

history of endo & adhesions
lap/hysterscopy/d&c may 08
left tube open and clear, right tube blocked

DH S/A - Perfect!! Count 210 million, 95% morphology, 85% motility!!!!!

October - first cy with clomid (50mg days 5-9) anovulatory 50 day cy

November - Officially Diagnosed with PCOS, more meds (clomid, metformin, spironolactone)

ing Last cycle before DH Deploys in support of Operation Enduring Freedom until 2010
