Low on FM but ovulation on chart???
I know a lot of you just got your fm but I'm wondering about something, I have had 4 consecutive high temps but I never got a high or a peak on my fertility monitor and I tested at the same time every morning. I always have several days of EWCM but I only had 1 day of it this time. I did feel really horrible pains on my left ovary on cd 13 and cd 14. I normally get O pains, BUT why didn't I even get a high or peak on my monitor? How weird.

Re: Low on FM but ovulation on chart???
Okay - is this your first month using the monitor? Sometimes, the monitor doesn't catch the surge the first cy or two you use it . . . it can take it a bit of time to "learn" your cys and determine the different levels of low/high/peak for your body.

Re: Low on FM but ovulation on chart???
Thanks tkeys, it's actually the 2nd month using it. I got high and peak last cycle so that's why I was confused. It is my first cycle after a chemical pregnancy so I don't know.

Re: Low on FM but ovulation on chart???
Yeah, my monitor and I cecame good buds the first month and I DID get a peak and I DID get my BFP but Tkeys is right...it can take a cycle or two for your monitor to get to know you. Did you miss any days testing with it and then inserting the stick into the monitor? That can make a difference. I guess I was just really lucky to get my BFP the first month. If I were you I'd rely more on the monitor vs fertility friend or charting....with the monitor there really is no need to do that anymore IMO. Good luck

It could be your hormones were a little wonky this month.

Re: Low on FM but ovulation on chart???
No I didn't miss any tests and I tested EVERY morning at the same time. I do believe I might have o'd because of the intense o like pain on my left ovary cd 13 and cd 14. I just think like tkeys said maybe my hormones are out of whack due to the cp I had last month. I will keep charting because I like to know what's going on with my body and have done it off and on for 6 years now. It's just weird that I got high and peak right on last cycle but nothing this cycle. I guess time will tell when af shows. I'm not putting much hope this cycle anyhow because I believe I o'd on my left side and I have a blocked tube on that side. Soooo here's hoping for a February baby and a normal cycle.

Re: Low on FM but ovulation on chart???
Kara - That is so weird. That is what I am worried about with using the monitor this cycle that I will be confused between FF and the monitor and which one is right. I hope it all becomes clear soon.
