Okay, I've got to share this story with you...I'm still

DH and I went to Walmart last night and bought all kinds of stuff. We paid, walked out the store and headed home. I dropped DH off and had to do cat duty for a lady at work, then LeiLani calls me and wants to go to Walmart. So, we go back, she gets her stuff and then I come. One of the things we'd bought was a new shower liner. We go to put it up and can't find it - looked through all the bags, checked the car, and then realized we were missing some other things. So, i called Walmart and asked if I'd left a bag. The lady
walks over to the bag, picks it up, and then says "oh yes, you did. You had xxxx in it, and we'll hold it at the service desk. Bring your receipt and you can pick it up". So, about 30-45 minutes later (it was storming at the time) we go
back to Walmart to get our bag. I go to the service desk, receipt in hand, and ask for my bag. The lady says "oh yes, you called earlier and i spoke with you. We don't hold the bags up here so everything has been reshelved. You'll have to go get everything off the shelves and bring them back here for me to bag them up". WTF?!?!?!?! I was so
I couldn't see straight. I did keep my cool and didn't cuss the lady out (although I think I did flip her off when she said "have a great evening"
) but I called back and spoke to a manager. The manager just apologized and said that she would make sure it didn't happen again.
This is one of many reasons why I detest Walmart and try to avoid it like the plague.
