Default Hiccups!!

I have hiccups and they won't stop. Anyone know how to get rid of hiccups. I've tried holding my diaphram and breathing very slowly. I've tried thinking of relaxing thoughts. The stomach acid is killing me right now. If they don't stop soon I'm going barf. Ugh.

I have to hold my breath until I hiccup at least 3 times w/o breathing. Then I take a deep breath, and they're usually gone. Sometimes I have to do that 2 or 3x before it works. Good Luck, I feel for you, hiccups stink!!!

I do what Maria does, but while I'm holding my breath (for as long as I can) I sip water and the swallowing usually gets rid of them for me, good luck! but I think that is a good sign!

I know this sounds weird, but if you bend over at your waist, and drink water upside down it works every time. It's kinda confusing and difficult but once you realize how to tilt the cup, it does the trick.

Maybe using a straw would help?

There's another way - just incase they come back - that's a knock-out!
When it's cold I can't stop the hiccups. All I have to do is ask someone to give me money for another Hiccup! Of course the person has to sow me the money, and the hiccups go away!
Next time, you've got to try this, it really works
