heavy spotting????!!!!

hey ladies, i could use a little advice. i did my HCG shot on Monday, so 5 days ago, i figure i'm 3-4 DPO. i am having some really heavy spotting this morning, bright red. i have to use progesterone suppositories too (which i have found i really do not care for). this would be way more than i would expect for implantation and would seem pretty early too. i'm afraid if i wasn't using the progesterone, it would be full AF. any thoughts? THANK YOU!

Well, progesterone suppositories can cause spotting . . . are you using prometrium or crinone or endometrin? It is possible to bump your cervix , especially if you are using an applicator, and that can cause some nasty bleeding (scared the heck out of myself a few times during this pregnancy!!) Prometrium irritated my cervix more, but I had to be REALLY careful with the crinone applicators.

Thanks Tkeys-i'm not sure, the container just says they are progesterone supp. they didn't come with an applicator at all. i think it is just cervical bleeding. it seems a little angry and irritated. i could do without them, that's for sure. shots i didn't mind compared to this. it's infringing on any bding quite a bit, that's for sure.

I would suggest trying not to push it in quite as deep - perhaps it will help!
