I just got a notice from the IRS. (those are never fun to open! )

So anyway... as I start to read it I'm like "Oh crap"

The first line says "While processing your 2007 tax return we found errors that have changed the amount of your refund"

I read further down and realize it was an error in OUR favor!! Our refund is only a few dollars from being DOUBLE what we thought it was!!!!

This is the first year I've done our taxes together. DH has some investments he made before we met and it was AWFUL to try and figure out but I was determined to file them myself, well I guess I messed something up!

This little surprise couldn't have come at a better time.

We love it when it goes the other way. Although I am always scared to open up something from the IRS. Glad to hear it worked in your favor. I just got our stimulus check today. It came at a great time to get some stocking up at Costco!!!
