Do you have room for one more?
Hi, I would love to join you guys!
My name is Amanda, married for 9 years and mommy to a 3 1/2 year old beautiful boy. We have been TTC #2 for almost 2 years. Here's my story: I got pregnant (unexpectedly) in August of 2006. I miscarried shortly after in Sepember. The pregnancy made us realize that we were ready for another child so we began actively TTC immediately. I used OPK's, temping, Clomid. No luck. I got fed up with it several months ago and stopped using all of them. In May I noticed that I was spotting around the time of my period but it never progressed. Took a test (ok, 7 tests) and they were all positive. The spotting turned into horrible cramping and heavy bleeding so I had miscarriage #2 earlier this month. I am just beginning a new cycle and began temping again. I will be taking progesterone after ovulation starting this cycle. If that doesn't work we will schedule a s/a for DH and a HSG for me this fall.
I would love to find a support group. I just find it hard to find people who understand how hard that all is. It consumes me and it so hard and depressing sometimes. I've been lurking here for a couple days and this seems like a great place.

I am one of the hosts here, and there is ALWAYS room for one more!! This is a wonderful, supportive group of women, and I think you will enjoy your time here. I am so sorry for your losses and all you have been through - many of us on this board know what a tough journey ttc can be.

 Amanda!  I'm sorry to hear about your m/cs you will find several women on this board who have been through similar losses. You will love this board, & like Tkeys said we are HAPPY to have you! I hope you get your sticky  soon!

Nice to meet you Amanda.
If a support group is what you need, then you have found the right place. This board keeps me sane and most of the time keeps me positive. I'm sorry about your m/cs and I hope you find a sticky bean very soon.

Welcome, I'm sorry for your losses. We have had 3 losses, 2 in the past 2 years and we were ttc for 2 years and got a a few weeks ago. I hope you get a sticky bean SOON!!! Oh and your ds is adorable. I too am a photographer.
