cramping???

Hey ladies, I was wondering about some cramping, I am 5dpo and earlier today I had some cramping that felt like twingy needle poking pain. It lasted maybe an hour or so and hurt but not super bad or anything, so do you think that could have been implantation, or is it to early for that???
