Icon8 Cd 1

Finally the witch decided to say hello, and man is it painful this time. I hate those periods that make you want to curl up in bed in the fetal position. Argh. Hopefully I will get my surgery scheduled soon.

ugh - I'm so sorry. . That just sucks.

You know, if the surgery is post-O, there is no reason you can't try again this month. GL on your procedure.

I was hoping we could get it done in the next week or so, but they said to wait 3 weeks before intercourse though, so I will have to see.

ncalso1978- I am having a small surgery to remove an extra piece of hymen tissue that would get in the way when I finally get pregnant and deliver. It is just a preventative measure.

Well I hope that everything checks out okay. My mom had endo and it took her 3 years to conceive my brother. Where are you at in your cycle? Are you doing any charting?

Thanks! Its weird, endo was never mentioned to me before, but they said it can cause infertility...soooo, he wants to check to make sure. Guess they are trying to figure out why I havent gotten prego yet. My hubby and I have been trying to conceive since October 2006 with a m/c in October 2007....He was checked out last year and his guys are good to go!

Right now I'm in the TWW and it sucks! I have never done any charting or temping or anything like that..

You know what Amy, and this is just my opinion....I think you missed some key BD days by looking at your chart. See that dip on CD18? It was slight, but 5 days of zero BD, it might have been key for your success that cycle. Even though your OPKs were positive on CD13,14 & 15, I think the 17th & 18th could have been fertile too because right after is when you had your thermal shift. Just my two cents, I'm totally new to this charting thing, so I could be totally wrong, but in general I'd say more BDing!

That was the whole problem this month. I have never O'd past CD 15 and I thought for sure that I O'd around CD 14 or CD 15, FF even had my cross hairs for CD 14, after that dip on CD 18, it changed them to CD 18. I was really upset because we didn't BD those days. I don't think my chart reflected my O dates with my temps because my usual LP is 14 to 15 days. If I O'd on CD 18 then I would have a LP of 12 days. I guess we will never know for sure, but I am not that happy with the BD timing at all this past month. I am planning to change a few things after my surgery.

The symptoms I always had with my endo was just pain mid-cycle, very painful periods, and very painful intercourse. However, a lot of women have no symptoms at all and discover it when tests are performed when TTC is taking longer than expected. Symptoms don't coincide with severity either. You can have really bad pain and hardly any endo, or no pain and really bad endo. You just never know until you have a lap and the doc goes in there and takes it out and sees it. HTH!!

Amy - I'm so sorry to hear that!! I was really hoping she'd be a no-show! Good luck with your surgery and KUP on it!

Amy - I had endo and cysts. I had them removed years ago but endo can easily come back. The one good way to get rid of mild endo is to get pregnant. Because the hormones don't feed the endo for 9 months and alot of the time it can just go away then never come back. I am sorry you started and I hope it was just the 1 bad day then gets easier.

I'm so sorry... I feel really bad for you, especially after all the excitement over your temps this time! I hope you can get your surgery done soon and be done with the painful periods-- I'm sending you big hugs. I hope hubby pampers you and makes you feel better.
