Whew! I'm exhausted but it's paying off!!
I got 3 nights a week, and it's an hour each night. Tonight, we did 30 mins of cycling and then 20 mins of leg stuff (squats, squat-thrusts, lunges) and then pushups and stretching. I think I have rubber legs now.
I don't know that's I've lost weight, but I have lost inches. Someone I haven't seen in a while said that she thought I looked skinnier!!!

That makes it worth the while.
The other great thing is that my friend LeiLani has lost 3 pounds in 3 weeks!! I'm so proud of her!!!
How's everyone else doing?
