Nikki!
Hi hon!
Of course I (we) remember you!
Good to "see" you around!
How old is your dd?
Yep, Karen used to be around more, too. I know she has her hands full but every now and then she pops in and seems to be doing great!
Oh goodness how old are those boys of yours now?! Al is going to be 5 in August and start Kindergarten!

Rachael
HI girl. I am so glad you remembered me.LOL I see you got yourself a girl to. She is beautiful. I can't get over how big Al is. Kindergarten? OMG! John is 13 now, Sean is 10,Luke is 4 and Madison is 1, she will be 2 March 31. I think I wrote in not long after she was born cause I wanted to rejoin but she was born with so many issues had so many problems until this pass Aug. and takin care of the boys I really had no time. I am happy to report though that Madison is completely healed from her issues but my life is still busy with all the kids.LOL Life of a mom , kwim? I know you know. Do you plan on anymore kiddos? My family is complete. I got a tubal done but for a brief period I was thinking maybe getting into foster care but we will have to see and that won't be for years down the road.My hands are pretty tight for now. I see your Al loves the movie"Cars". My Luke is into it. He has that same Lightning McQueen as your Al. He got the sheet set to but I am have to get him a comforter. We just redid his bedroom. Got the walls painted and laid a new rug. We moved him from his blue car bed into a twin bed which I thought we were gonna have trouble but we didn't.He loves his bed. I get nervous though cause it is so high up but he has been doin good. I can't get over how big all the babies have gotten and the new additions. It is so nice to see. But I am very glad that you remembered me. I had such a hard time finding the group cause of the change in the site. LOL What are your plans for the weekend?

Re: Banana Bunnies - 2008 Chit Chat
Hey all. Sorry, haven't posted much. We did get moved and settled and everything is going okay. I have a ton of things I am getting rid of. I moved so much stuff that NEVER made it out of the boxes in the closet with the last move and they are right back there again with this move. I can't wait to get all cleared out and organized. We have too much junk....I mean I have too much junk. Most of it is mine. Anyhow, I will get there.
My sister had her baby on Jan. 29th. She was 7 lbs 4 oz, and was 19 and 3/4 inches long. We get to go see her this weekend. She is a cutie from all the pictures I have seen, but I really want to just go see her. I can't believe she will be almost a month old. It will be an exciting time for us. I am taking Anna and my mom on the trip.
As for my mom, we are still trying to get her disability through. I can't wait until this is over and done with. Once we get it all cleared up, I am going back to school. I can't wait to be able to do that. I have been all registered twice and had loans all figured in once, but with my moms health so bad and no income, I decided to wait until we get some of that cleared up, then I can add more stress to my life. LOL!
Well, only one other piece of news....Anna lost her first tooth yesterday and the tooth fairy came last night. LOL! It was exciting and fun. Any ideas on what the tooth fairy SHOULD have given her? I couldn't get a good response on my blog, so we gave her $10. LOL! First tooth and all we figured it should be good. Hope she doesn't expect that from all the other teeth. Only reason I did that is her cousins get a bunch of stuff from the tooth fairy and I probably faired sheaper than their parents. LOL. She will only get a dollar or two from here on out, but I figured first tooth and all, it would be okay. First tooth is extra special right?! LOL! Anyhow, just thought I would check.
Hope you all are doing well. Take care.

Re: Banana Bunnies - 2008 Chit Chat
Hi Chris I am glad you remembered me. I can't get over how big Camille got. I see you have another beautiful girl. They are both adorable. I can't wait to see the birthday pics. You know me,I love to look at all photos.LOL I can't believe you have Vero trained. How did you do it? You have to pass me the tips. Madison is my first girl to train so this is all new to me. I was gonna start in May cause I figure we will be outside the most and if she should have an accident then it will be outside. But I still need tips. I probably should be training her now cause she will come to me when she soiled her diaper and wants me to change her. I guess I don't want her to grow up to fast on me.LOL She just started walking in Aug. She was born with a dislocated hip and had to stay in a body brace for most of her 4 months. She was close to 4 months or so that she had her first bath. I wasn't allowed to take her out of this except every few weeks when she had to go for a u/s of the hip. I can go on and on with her issues but I try not think about it cause it was horrible. I do really mean that, it was horrible. She even stopped breathin on me a couple of time cause she had sleep apnea. She was on the apnea monitor til she was 11 months. It has been quit a ride with her but she is a whole lot better. We go to her specialist in 2 weeks which is 2 hours away and we will see what she tells us then. We didn't even know if she would be able to walk right or if she would need surgery. She started walking in Aug. and they still told us to keep comin back. I don't know why. She seems ok to us. Ok enough! LOL Like I said I can go on and on.LOL She is a whole lot better. Sorry to hear that your dh is gone nad that you are not feeling well. I hope you feel better soon.
Nicole- Your Anna is so adorable. I am so out of the loop and don't mean to sound so stupid but I was just wondering, is Anna the girl you got thru foster care? Were you able to adopt her? Didn't you have another foster baby to? Homeschool? Wow I could never have the patience for that. Although, I do love when they have days off from school. My boys would never sit and listen to me long enough for me to teach them. I am glad that you able to do that.
Rachael- I didn't see you got a whole bedroom set. You are indeed one lucky chicky. LOL
Well I got to get to cleanin this place. The older boys had friends sleepover last night. OMG what a mess I have. LOL Any volunteers? LOL I didn't think so.LOL
You all have a FABULOUS day!

Re: Banana Bunnies - 2008 Chit Chat
Hi Nikki, I remember you too!!! I can remember when Luke was born..can't believe he's 4! Congrats on having another baby...a girl that is sweet!
Lauren, I cloth diaper. We use Fuzzi Bunz. I love them, no leaks and it's easy to wash them. I do use disposables if we travel or go out for a long afternoon. Other than that he's in cloth all the time. We just ordered the medium size because he outgrew his small size, hoping they get here today! I love all the colours! I have heard of the gdiapers...let me know how you like them.
Donna...how is teaching? Grade 4's well behaved?
Rachel...I take Eric swimming as well, it's so much fun! You sound so busy, but what a lovely bedroom set! I wish we went with a king, only a queen here!
Christine, good luck this week without DH...I hope we don't have any snow storms! It's been a long horrible winter! I love your siggy, the girls are getting big!!!
Eire, I'm so excited you have a date..May 22 is lovely! Spring time is a great time for a baby. Hope the girls will let you sleep lately!
We are doing well..Eric is 7 months tomorrow. I'm trying to find daycare for him for when I have to go back to work in August, he's on lots of waiting lists.
Question for all of you...Eric still eats overnight, once at around 4:30-5am. Is this normal? He goes to sleep at 7pm and wakes up for the day around 7am. When is it that he will sleep right through? He is eating 2 meals of solids a day.

Re: Banana Bunnies - 2008 Chit Chat
Kris-OMG I see you had a son. Congratulations. I know he was a long time coming. He is gonna be a heart breaker when that boy becomes a man. He is such a cutie pie! You know I was wondering do you think maybe you need to add cereal before he goes to bed. All 3 of my boys seemed to never stop eating. I used to spoon feed them alot of cereal before bed and then just let them drink what they wanted after. They usually ate and downed a whole 8 oz bottle. My boys were piggies. O make sure you use the rice only before bed cause you don't want to have a constipated baby or a gassy one. Do you think maybe you need to make his bedtime a little later? or it could be teething unless he has always been doing this. Good Luck on that. Yes I remember you to. I remember when you lived thru those typhoons. Goodness I sure hope I don't have you confused for someone else.LOL Have you ever noticed since you became a mom that you became more absent minded.LOL I have 4 kids can you imagine how absent minded I have become.LOL Have a good night.

Re: Banana Bunnies - 2008 Chit Chat
Hi Kris,
I think it's pretty normal, I know my neice is about 9 months old right now and does the same thing and both my kids did that, Vero used to go to sleep at 6:30 and do 12 hours but would wake up around 4am for a quick drink. Still 7 months is young to start to take out any night feeding and really he is doing quite well!! Vero and Camille didn't sleep that long before 11-12 months. Maybe let him try to settle back before going in to quickly?
Nikki - wow you sure had quite a year with your sweet girl...I'm sorry you had to go through all that. Glad to know she's doing well though, that's what matters.
Here are some pictures of my 2 year old :bawling
