How is everyone doing? Looking forward to some chart stalking this week
Not much going on on our front. Tyler has his 2 month check-up on April 9th, can you believe it's already been 2 months?! I'm so shocked at how quick the time is going and I feel that I don't take enough pictures (even though I take a ton lol). He slept all through the night last night a full 8 hrs!!! I was so shocked! I kept checking on him though through the night but that's just paranoid me
After my six week PP check-up my doc put me on 50mg Zoloft because I was having anxiety attacks with being home in the afternoons all by myself/sleep deprivation/moments of Mommy insecurity. My Doc said it was good that I was able to recognize the signs of PPD before it got too much. I've never had any ill thoughts towards Tyler so their calling it mild-PPD. I feel much better since being on it, I feel more confident around him and calm and it has significantly reduced the anxiety attacks (I still get one or two a week at night).
I love everything about being a Mommy though, even the dirty diapers because it let's me know that all is OK with him! I really do pray that all of you can be blessed with babies soon, he is truly a miracle especially after my horrific miscarriage.
I wish you all successful DTD sessions and here have some of my baby dust, I hope that it works for each of you! Just know that you are all in my prayers, every night.
Missy ~ thanks for the encouragement Glad to hear that Zoloft is helping you. Can't believe it has been 2mos already!! WOW!
I go tomorrow for my ultrasound to see what size my ovaries are then I have an appt with my dr. afterwards. Hopefully we'll be able to go ahead and start another round of clomid.
Good luck Steph!!! I was stalking your chart yesterday and so it was nice to see you first to update.
Missy, glad the meds are helping Hang in there, the hormones will settle soon enough. I have never had PPD but I cry at the drop of a hat in the first months after childbirth and once I stood in the hall of my house alarmed at having so many little souls rely on me. Its great that you took it to your doctor so early. Hugs.
Hows everyone else doing?

Missy-
I know exactly how you are feeling. I felt the same way. I think it was part hormones and part stressing because you are a new mom and have all the questions and you just don't want to mess things up. Glad it is helping you and I'm glad you sought help. Some people think that PPD has a negitive meaning but I think that it is just a normal part of life and to help you and your family through this stressful time it is best to seek help. Good luck to all of you out there that are either in your 2ww or are dtd.
I am still waititng to start ttc our second baby but I am finally starting to lose weight since my doc switched my meds. I lost 3 pounds.... it might not sound like a lot but for someone who excersises 3 days a week and gains 3 pounds a month it is a huge accomplishment... I lost and I didn't gain...... YEAH. So I don't think I will lose the 30 pounds I wanted to before we start ttc again but I still have it as a goal just incase. But I think 15-20 pounds is do able. 3 months I should be able to do it right????
Anyways I wish lots of pink and blue dust on you all.
Steph GL with the ultra sound. I hope you get really good news. I will be praying for you.

I had my scan today...my left ovary actually increased from 15 to 17.44 (keep in mind...a "normal" ovary measures around 5 or 6). My right ovary did very well...it decreased from 19 to 13. She wants me to go ahead and start taking clomid 100mg tonight for 5 days then come in for a follicle scan on CD16 which will be April 14th at 11:00am. If I didn't respond well to the 100mg then she is going to go ahead and prescribed 150mg for me. Thanks everyone for your thoughts/prayers/encouraging words. Here's hoping it works this time
Well...I think AF was due today, but I'm not 100% sure b/c I left my calender at home and we're away for sabbatical. Anyway, she's not here. I don't think a bfp is likely since we dtd only 7 days before I thought af was due - thinking we were avoiding, although I still had good cm at the time (but lately it's been lasting nearly to AF), and even if we get one, I still think my lp is too short, so I don't know if it will stick. So, that's where we are. I'll keep you posted. I probably won't test unless AF doesn't show up by the end of the weekend. I know she'd be due by then... I've been a little crampy. We'll see...

Missy - So glad you finally got a full night of sleep! It sounds like the Zoloft has been a good thing as well. I can't believe Tyler is 2 months old already - time definitely does fly!!
Good luck, Stephany! I'm so sorry you've had all this frustration - I hope the 100 mg works for you!!
Katrina - The weight loss is great! As someone with PCOS, I also struggle with my weight - my body does not like to shed lbs!
Kate - I hope that LP improves soon!
Kara - !
Claire - only 2 more weeks and then you are back to ttc!! How exciting for you!
Well, I'm in the midst of my IVF cycle - I will be triggering tomorrow night, egg retrieval will be Monday, and then I'll transfer 3-5 days after that (Thursday or Saturday).
