Weekly TTC Thread - 10th June

Wow! It has been an amazing last few weeks on this board! First we were experiencing a drought of no

's and morale was considerabley down and then BAM back to back we get three beautiful

's!!!

I'm really hoping that the trend continues....

My update: I went looking around at maternity clothes and if you would've been in the dressing room with me you'd know I was pregnant. I was stood in front of the mirror with the little 'baby bump' on that they provide you with to put under your shirt so you can see what it will be like when you grow and I almost cried my eyes out!!! I have been so emotional lately with everything, commercials threaten to make me cry!

I haven't gotten any real morning sickness yet but I get the little wave of nausea in the afternoon so I bought some Preggie Pop Drops which are working wonders so far! We'll see how it goes once the sickness gets worse (if it gets worse).

I'm scheduled to go see my OB tomorrow. After I was having those bad cramps on Thursday I called him up to see if I can get an earlier appointment and they agreed to see me on Monday, I've got to finagle some time off of work though, I'm not sure how all of that is going to work out but whatever. I need to know that my bean is fine and hopefully I'll be able to talk him in to giving me a blood test.

as for me i am so hopeful that i am pg!!! it is so wonderful to know that there is a lil person growing inside of me that was concieved naturaly!

i cant wait to have my blood test done!!!!

) I have an egg either yesterday or today

woohoo!!! I got a positive OPK both yesterday and today. This is my very first cycle TTC so I am not getting my hopes up too too high but I am excited all the same.

Once again, Missy and Michelle, I am so happy for both of you!

I thought I had O'd, but not much CM to prove for it. My temps have been down the last 2 days, FF gave me dashed crosshairs instead of solid. So I am just riding the wave of uncertainty, still BD like there is no tomorrow! hehe, sorry if that is tmi!

My occurrance of strange bumps is drying out and I am conviced it was from the apartment pool, not the pre~seed. I went to the Dollar Tree to get some OPK's in case I haven't O'd but they were sold out!!! So I am just going to keep checking CP, if it gets high again we will try the Pre~seed again.

Michelle and Missy - I've said it before, but big congrats to both of you. The next 9 months (and the months and years after) will bring great joy. Missy, make sure to KUP on your appt on Monday.

Milesmommy - Good luck on catching the egg, I'll keep an eye on your 2ww.

Kara - I'm glad the bumps weren't caused by the Pre-Seed. Keep the BD'ing going, I'll send some good luck dust your way.

As for me....well, I finally got a lawyer. A very highly recommended, highly priced lawyer. And she's a firecracker. She's hauling my ex-husband's lawyer into court next week to get a ruling on who gets to watch the kids while I'm in Canada for 3 weeks. It's a mess, but it's all starting to come together.

Milesmommy ~ Good luck!! Hey, you never know, your first cycle could be The One!

Kara ~ With all this baby dust flying around, you're sure to catch some of it! And I am sure hubby isn't minding a little extra BDing to make sure you catch the eggie. You know, for scientific purposes, of course

Jenny ~ KUP on how things turn out with the lawyer. I am sure things will progress better now that "official" people are getting involved.

My update is just a repeat of last week, waiting to O. On CD10 my OPK was stark white so I didn't bother retesting until CD12, very, very faint second line. Retested today and the line is still super faint and it took a while to appear at all. I usually O right around this time, so who knows why I'm not getting a positive OPK.

It can't be easy.

Milesmommy dont worry your time is soon, I am praything that you get to join us too on the DIF board

Kara that sucks that you are still uncertain. I hope the next day or so of temps give you a better idea of ovulation

as for me I feel drained and just kinda yucky. by the time I found out I was pg with Gracie I had already been sick for 2 weeks so its very different this time because I found out so early in the game. I didnt even get to the dr until 12 weeks with Gracie so I hvae a very long way to go till I get used to it. I'm off to take a nap I have been exhausted every day for the past week.
