Default Really confused.

My body is completely messed up from last cycle. This cycle. I don't even know.

I had all of those symptoms and the positive HPT, but then I got the neg HPT, and my period started the day it should. The only problem is is that it isn't a normal period- I thought on the second day it was going to get heavy because I had a bit of cramping, but it didn't!

It's been lighter than light the whole time. I don't even have to change my pad, it's so light (I do, though, because that's just gross). The second day was the most I bled, and even then I didn't had to change my pad.

I haven't had my third day AF cramping either, where it hurts so bad that I'm literally curled in a ball downing as much midol as I'm allowed.

And my stupid boobs are still bigger- I'm not fitting in my D bra And that's my big bra.

The HPTs are coming back negative, so I don't know what to think. DH thinks it's all a head things- your mind playing tricks on your by messing with your body.

What do you all think?

My best friend had 3 periods while pregnant with her first. 2 of them AFTER the hpt came back +. They were lighter than normal, like it sounds yours are.

Not being a doctor, I can only suggest to wait it out. If you have another abnormal period next month, or miss it, test again or check with your doctor. Heck I'd check with your doctor anyways if you already haven't. Because you did have the positive hpt, it would be a good idea. They say there's no such thing as a false positive.

I agree about waiting it out and calling your doctor. Sometimes you have a weird cycle. It is possible to get a false positive test and then test negative. Here's what I found:

I think you should get a blood test. Or at least go to your doctor about the strange period. Or do both.

I definitely think you should contact your GYN about it.

GL and let us know what you wind up doing and what the doc says if you choose to go that route.

Have you taken another HPT? I thought you had one with a faint line, then a negative one, and then you thought you had your period and didn't test again? If that is the case, why not try another HPT (or call your doctor and seek a blood test).

Either way, talking to a dr might be a good idea in case you are either pregnant or have a cyst.
