I wish it was the RE... then we might get somewhere. It was just with a regular endocrinologist for the Insulin thing.
Basically the oral glucose tolerance test was done wrong and though the insulin was elevated its in his opinion that we can disregard it. And since my fasting glucose level was fine, then in his opinion I'm probably not diabetic and most likely don't have pcos since my cycles are generally 30-40 days despite the ultrasound with multiple cysts and that we will get pregnant in our own time *yup*. I had a random blood sugar level done today and I go back Friday for a fasting blood sugar level. And since those levels were fine in the first test, then he isn't going to order another glucose tolerance test. He's checking my thryoid again but doesn't think it will check out normal. He talked to another doctor about it and both agreed. So that was the appointment. It's pretty much have patience and you'll get pregnant.
If the results show something then I'd make another appointment with him and go from there but he doesn't expect the results to show anything abnormal... so I guess the plan is to keep bd'ing and keep waiting. So no plan is the plan.
Michele... I don't know why, I guess because its hazy. We probably will end up being one of those unexplained infertility cases.
