So AF showed and I had really bad cramps and started spotting. I thought for sure AF would be like normal, but then only used 2 light/regular tampons. I spotted old blood for a few days then went back to normal. In the past week I've had two migraines like I get when Oing or PMSing, along with a couple days of EW. I've also had really nasty heartburn and some nausea. The only thing that's different is that I gave up taking all the supplements I was on. Did I just O really really early or something?

Oh one last thing, my temp the past two days (only days I temped this cycle) have been higher than normal for pre-O.
