Default Introduction

Hi My name is April. I am 27 yrs old and single. I am going to be TTC in the next few months with donor sperm at home. I am just finishing up my last pack of BCP--AF should be here within the week--and I am super excited to start. I am on prenatals already and cutting back on the soda and fatty foods. I have told a few friends and they are supporting me 100%. Anything I should be doing to help with the TTC process??

Thanks

Hi April, I used to nanny twins too!

Good luck with TTC. Prenatals and eating healthy are the best way forward so you are doing the right thing already. Do you mind me asking why you are using donor sperm? Just curious that's all. Don't mind if you don't want to share

Good luck!

2 reasons I am using donor sperm:
1. I am 27 yrs old and have always wanted a child by the time I am 28 yrs old. I was in long term relationship that ended last year cause he didn't want children.
2. I am kinda seeing a guy who can't have children but is 100% comfy with helping me raise my child if we stay together. His friend will probably be the one donating--friend is gay.

Really unique situation - congrats for embarking on this journey on your own! It takes a very special person - so good for you!

I also cut out alcohol and caffeine when preparing to TTC.

Good luck!

Well I cut out the alcohol already and cut back alot on my caffeine. I have a can of pop maybe every few days. Prenatals have been started and I am eating more fruits and veggies. Trying to get more sleep also.
