YAY!!!

The business isn't going to work out for this year, so when one door closes, another opens: we're going to TTC next cycle!!! Woohoo!!!

DH really wants a boy, so we're going to try the Shettles method. We want 3 kids, so if it doesn't work this time, then maybe the last one will be a boy for him.

Just one question: I got diagnosed with an ear infection yesterday so I'm on antibiotics right now. Will that affect TTC or the baby if we conceive next cycle? I'm only on the pills for 3 more days, but I know it stays in your system longer.

I'm really excited to be PG again. Can't wait to get caught up in all the excitement of trying with all of you! It will be great to be PG with friends!

Sorry that the business isn't working out this year, but : for getting back to ttc!

I wouldn't worry at all about the antibiotics . . . they are short-lived in the system, most basic antibiotics are also safe during pregnancy and don't cross the placenta, and if you get pg next cy, you won't have a placenta right away anyway. There is nothing about the medicine that will hurt your eggs or egg quality!

It's good to see the silver lining before it's retrospect Hope you have an easy time of TTC. Can't wait to see what this cy brings for you. The only thing I know about antibiotics is that they can decrease the effectiveness of BC and that folks get preggo while on bc and antibiotics. I also can't wait to see if the Shettles works for you.
