What vitamins/herbs/fertility meds/treatments and/or anything you are taking to help you conceive!

i'm 43 and i have an eight month old daughter who is still nursing. so i'm really not doing anything right now other than taking a prenatal vitamin.

when she hits one, i might wean her and perhaps take a more proactive approach.

we just want one more....

Reilly is beautiful... CONGRATULATIONS! I bf my 5 yr. old for 2 1/2 years and I had to wean him! However, I got pg while exclusively bfing when he was 8 months old, but m/c'ed that pg! And I was bfing through the night as well at that time... so you still conceive while bfing! Good Luck!

thanks, that's good to know. everyone keeps telling me it could happen while bfing...but, i had a hard time conceiving without that obstacle, so i didn't think it could happen to me. we'll see...

I take prenatal vites, extra folic acid, Vit C, Calcium with Vit D, use a fertility monitor,
OPKs and go for acupuncture.

I use opk, take multivitamen, occasioanally take vitex, vitamen B

I use OPK, try to take my BBT, take multivitamin plus omega-3, co q-10, cordyceps and an herbal concoction prescribed by my acupuncturist (actually, all the supplements are recommended by him). I go to acupuncture once a week.
