Where did I come from?" the baby asked its mother. She answered, half-crying, half-laughing, and clasping the baby to her breast: "You were hidden in my heart as its desire, my darling. You were in the dolls of all my childhood games. In all my hopes and my loves, in my life, in the life of my mother, and in her mother before her, you have lived."

Stopping in for an update. Well turns out at our six month check up that Collin was just 18 pounds and he is 27 and 3/4 inches long. No teeth as of yet. He sits really good himself although I still use a boppy just in case. He would like to crawl but hasnt figured it out and gets more frustrated than anything. Last week we got our diagnosis..Collin has hemihypertrophy!! This means that he will have to go through sonograms every six months and actually had the first one on Wednesday. I dont know if I had mentioned the last time I posted but he will also need another heart catherization when he is two which I just know is going to be rough on us..it already is!!
I am happy to see so many BFP on this board. Im not sure about us in the future but dont count us out yet!!

DD#1 is still "patiently" waiting on her fiance to return from Iraq. DGS is just adorable, simply. ;-) She graduated early from H.S. but the family is just NOW getting around to putting a party together for her. lol. Seems we will have a lot to celebrate in the next few months! Marriages, graduations and births!!! She's still a little miffed that I'm the one pg. and not her... I told her she had a good 25 years of childbearing left, not to be in such a hurry. hahahaha

DD#2 has been very excited to be homeschooled this year. She is starting to learn to scuba dive and has been spending a lot of time on her insect collection, astronomy, reading and is asking me to teach her to sew. I am hoping the worst of the m/s is behind me and I can actually HELP her with that. ;-) She swims/snorkels nearly every day and surprises me with each and every interest she brings me.

Lots to celebrate Julie!!

Quite a task to undertake the homeschooling while you're PG. Glad you are both enjoying it. Did you do it with your older one too?

Kids are doing great. Bella started Junior high school and we are sending her to Catholic school even though we are not. She really likes it. Gianpaolo started Pre-school and is having a ball. We send him 3 days a week. My oldest son has his 1st real girlfriend, she is really nice. My oldest, Samantha is in her last year of college.

Sounds to be quite a full and happy household Kristi. With your age ranges, I'm sure you're quite the expert Mom.

I homeschooled my oldest from 2nd-6th... but honestly, they school themselves... all you have to do is give them the room.
