Default Query and advice please

Hi All,

after having been busy trying, unsuccessfully, to find a permanent home and sorting work and my two oldest I am now back!

This month has been as much as a wash out as the last month. I really thought I had ovulated this month - cm, ov pain etc - but as I was not temping I could not be sure. Well, I am now on CD 27 and not even a sign. I usually get at least 1-2 days spotting before AF comes. It looks as if my cycles are on they way out as I cannot be preg as hubby still away.

Any ideas ladies about how I can kick start my ov again? I was thinking of going back to Agnus Castus but does anyone have any other ideas? I really feel too young, at 45, for me to be going through the change (my mum was well over 50)

Thanks for the help.

L x

Sounds like things have been stressful for you lately. I also usually get spotting a few days ahead, but have had several cycles with no sign until AF suddenly shows up. All other indications are that I am still O'ing, so don't lose hope.

I've been seeing an acupuncturist and have also been taking chinese herbs prescribed by him to stimulate healthy egg development. The theory is that acupuncture stimulates blood flow to the ovaries and helps to get those little eggs to mature and ovulate by ensuring that they are getting nutrients that they need. It's pretty expensive though.

Sending lots of your way.

Thanks for that...Acupuncture is very expensive here too and I am not sure I can afford it. I might look into the herbal medicine though. Thanks for the dust, I really need it. Sending back loads to you, too.

Hope you all have a great July 4 holiday weekend.

I don't get any warnings either. Af just shows up. I sem to be pretty regular, but do monitor my cys closely. I have treid the acpuncture too. I am not familiar with Agnus Castus. I know there are other things out there, like Fertility Blend, FertiliTea, and others, but I have no personal experience with them. Good luck.

Where did I come from?" the baby asked its mother. She answered, half-crying, half-laughing, and clasping the baby to her breast: "You were hidden in my heart as its desire, my darling. You were in the dolls of all my childhood games. In all my hopes and my loves, in my life, in the life of my mother, and in her mother before her, you have lived."
