Hello everyone. I just found this site yesterday and Im excited because I have been looking for other women who have been ttc in their 40's. I am 42, happily married for almost 20 yrs, two daughters, 18 & 16 and DH and I have been ttc for the past 2.5yrs after vasectomy reversal. Ive been tracking my fertile days since his operation and I've had some irregularities along the way but for the most part cycle is still 28 days. Im somewhat anxious this month because I am three days late but my HPT came back negative yesterday. My breasts were sore and Ive been somewhat hungry (more than usual) but I don't know if I could be pregnant or not. I feel my body has changed so much now that I am in my 40's. Problem Im having is DH has not had a sperm count so we really dont know how 'his boys' are doing. Any comments will be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all.

I conceived at 42 status post tubal ligation reversal. My cys vary a bit too. Have you tried OPKS? I know you can buy an over the counter FSH test and there is one that even contains a sperm analysis kit as well. I'm on cy #51 here trying so I totally get the frustration. Stick around.
