Kara
Hey..I was just thinking about you and wondering if you got your amnio results back and if you'd picked a name for your baby. I love to hear what everyone is picking...I'm into names
Hope you are doing great!

Re: Kara
Thanks for thinking of me! The amnio came back 100% normal - all the chromosomes in the right places, none missing, and no extra bits anywhere! That still doesn't explain the fluid in the kidney, but I'm not terribly stressed about it. They don't want to scan me again until 32 weeks so they're not too worried about it either.
No names yet, we are just so picky that it takes us forever to find a name that we both agree on and can see our child having for the rest of her life. We're thinking something along French lines again, to go with Vivian, but nothing anywhere near locked-in yet.
Me, I'm definitely pregnant, LOL! Feeling good, except my hips are hurting a lot. Big surprise, what with my bursitis and all I finally got a body pillow (the one from last time is too big with Vivian still cosleeping) and that has made a huge difference.
How are you doing these days?

Re: Kara
Hey,
I forgot to mention, my SIL has an 8 y.o. named Vivien..a little difference in the spelling. She had a boy the second time, his name is Will. I'm sure that's no help..lolol but I wanted to share.
Names are tricky. It's a lot of responsibility. My 11 y.o. daughter was a big influence in the choice we made with this baby, she used a little bit of subtle persuasion..lol
Anyway, I'm feeling big as a house. But happily. I'm just having trouble getting comfy in bed...I should get a body pillow too..sounds like it helps. This baby moves a bunch, which is fun, but sometimes she moves mostly in one spot and it gets sore...lol kwim? We are going to the Keys in a weeks, so I'm looking forward to that, and wondering if I should even try wearing bathing suit..lolol
Sorry about the bursitis, I know that's gotta be hard. I had a disc herniation in my back last fall and had part of the disc removed. The problem still flares up occasionally and it makes it hard to walk. So I can imagine what you're feeling.
Take care, thanks for the update....I knew the results would be good.
xoxo

Re: Kara
Kara, Glad to hear your results were normal. Good luck picking out a name...it can be maddening! By the way I love Vivian's name.

My Jewels....12/07 Where did I come from?" the baby asked its mother. She answered, half-crying, half-laughing, and clasping the baby to her breast: "You were hidden in my heart as its desire, my darling. You were in the dolls of all my childhood games. In all my hopes and my loves, in my life, in the life of my mother, and in her mother before her, you have lived."
