My Jewels....12/07 Where did I come from?" the baby asked its mother. She answered, half-crying, half-laughing, and clasping the baby to her breast: "You were hidden in my heart as its desire, my darling. You were in the dolls of all my childhood games. In all my hopes and my loves, in my life, in the life of my mother, and in her mother before her, you have lived."

Re: * Jac any news yet*
They are inducing her now. It's morning in Australia. Apparently nothing happened after her water broke. It's her 1st baby and her body doesn't know what to do. She's very tiny. I wouldn't be surprised if she ended up with a c-section.

Re: * Jac any news yet*
Finally!! He was born an hour ago. I can't believe her water broke noon on Sunday, and he was just born now. She would have defintely been a C-section over here. So, he was born 12:32 am 2/21 Australia time. 3.3 kg and 50 cm (whatever that converts to ). Oliver Rehan. Light brown skin, dark hair and brown green eyes so far. I can't wait to see a pic. She ended up delivering without an epidural, which really surprised me since she claims to have such a poor pain tolerance. She did have a small tear and is still waiting to be sutured. Apparently they do things quite differently over there. Hasn't been successful with BFing yet, but still trying. So... that's my news for today.
I'm an auntie!!
