Our offer was accepted on this house today. It's in Nederland, Colorado which is about 20 miles outside of boulder, up in the mountains.

I can't believe this...I am freaking out! I can't wait to be back in Colorado.

AHHHH your coming !!!! WHOOO HOOOO It's very nice! It looks custom built too!! And you get much more snow then we do!! So what is your timing like?

We close in mid May, but may stick around here for another month or two to make more money, as neither one of us has a job lined up there yet. Not that it will be a problem, just haven't taken that step yet.

Cool!! I'm in the same job boat now, I'm sticking it out to make more $$ but I hate leaving my men. I'm going on week 3 now and I just hope to hang in a bit longer. I actually put a resume into the builder of our home. I hope something comes along soon! I hate flying every week.
