im not sure if i posted here or not. i have some strange things going on and im really not sure what to think. i guess i kinda want some heads up on some possiblities. ok im not ttc, im 36 and it would really be nice, not that im in the right place to be, but im getting older so if i am i will be happy and i will make it.

here is what is going on. i only knew about my fertile days because i felt ovulation. i had sex on my fertile day the 31st with someone i thought i was dating and he told me he hadnt been with anyone and said he had a vasectomy, did the deed inside me. i was with the other guy that i have been with on the 2nd my MOST fertile day before i ovulated, we ended up stopping and well he didnt finish in me. (im sorry tmi, but im confused) the stronger chance could be with him, cuz he didnt have a vasectomy lol. i have only been with 2 guys, so im not a hussy lol!

i have never paid attention before until now really, i started having strange symtoms and actually this is whats going on, so i dont know if these could be pg symptoms, period symptoms or cyst symptoms.
2dpo-nausous, very crampy like af is coming NOW, sore boobs.
3dp0-heartburn, indigestion like food stuck in your chest feeling,crampy like af coming NOW, twinging pains in ovaries, sharp side pains and then it went away. sore boobs, nausea
4dp0- nausea, crampy again, sore nipples, bloating pressure feeling in abdomen.very tired
5dpo-7dpo, same as above, but add gassy to it. i dont have the indegestion feeling anymore thank god. emotional and irritable. went into family dollar and the bubble gum smell made me gag, i almost threw up in the store. extremely tired. i am a night person, i was too tired to do anything other then lay down and sleep.
8dpo which is today. broke down and cried when someone helped me out, cramps so bad between dpo7 and 8 i had to lay down on the couch,like first day of af. peeing constantly, heavy feeling in abdomen, dizzy and light headed very bad nausea, had to go sit down and get some sprite. cramps are there but mild, in the middle of abdomen, sweet mucosy smell, not that funky smell when you are gonna get your af. (which i should have now cuz im suppose to get it the 17th) mucous looks eggwhite like but im not ovulating. gassy, heartburn, my boobs are sensitive but not as bad as they seemed. im not as tired as i have been the last few days. these cramps are weird, not at all af like, today the nausea and heartburn have been the worst. im trying my darndest not to puke, and the dizzyness has been bad too.

ok so what do i think? i have read where women are having these symptoms, i have read where women think this is too early to feel anything. my friends are telling me they think im pg. i dont know what to think, but i really wish this nausea would go away, its hard to do anything. ok tell me what you think and what you would do. i mean i only have 6 days until my period so i guess i will just take it easy. but im curious! thanks!

Well, I tested positive at 9dpo, with a Walmart test, so you could try that.

But, given the circumstances, I think you might have picked up a stomach bug, or maybe even food poisoning, which delayed your ovulation. It's pretty early to be feeling so many pregnancy symptoms. You wouldn't normally have any before the embryo implants, and that usually happens at around 8 to 10 dpo. Then it takes a couple more days before the embryo starts to make enough of the hormones that cause the pregnancy symptoms. Also, eggwhite cervical mucous dries up within a day or two after ovulating. So, if you had it at 7 or 8 dpo, it's totally possible that you got sick and ovulated late. If that happened, obviously, you won't get your period on Tuesday.

If I were you, I'd pick up a couple of pregnancy tests. Take one now, and take another on the weekend if the results of the first were negative or not very clear.

So I assume you did not pee on a stick yet? (POAS) Your symptems are very wary so you can't say for certain which way your results will be. I hope you get the answer your looking for though!

hi whats poas? pee on a stick? i did one 9dpo and it was negative. so do i go with that? today is 10do, major major light headed, couldnt even get up out of bed other than too pee then had to lay back down. very light middle cramping on and off, (its off now yeah!), still nausous. my boobs are killing me, very itchy and burny nipples. the itching is driving me nuts. and thats it today. oh the mucous is very light and eggwhite. not really a whole lot of it, but its still there. i felt the ovulation on tues so im almost positive it happened. but im not gonna panick anymore this tues the 17th i should start my period. if i dont start then i will worry. it could be bad pms after all, i dont think its a cyst, i dont have any of the sharp stabbing pains anymore.

thanks much for commenting. i want to be careful either way, and a big part of me really wants a child, if in fact i do turn out pg, the baby will be born on xmas. seeing babies in stores, and the way little girls are reacting to me, god i want my own little girl so bad. so maybe its more hope than anything than being psycho lol. you know that time clock getting you when you get older!!

Yep, that is what poas means.

I would do another pg test. 9dpo is not always going to be positive even if you are pg.

hi, i would say you might be pregnant so i would take another pregnancy test . sometimes you just have those signs of thinking you maybe. but, since you have been feeling sick and dizzy you might be ! if the second one is negative and you are really late on your period i would have a blood test done to confirm if you are or not !
i have thought i was pregnant and i haven't been. I ended up getting pregnant back in august 2006 but, it didn't attach on. so we have been trying since september 2006. i am a stay at home mom to seth who will be 3 in september the 20th and i sub at the salina ks family ymca for the preschool.
