Default DHA Suppliments

Has anyone else heard of this?
DHA is Omega Fatty Acid and it's been recently decovered to aid in the growth of Baby's brain and eyes. For Adults it's great for general good immunity and it can help boost you cholesterol into shape, but the kind that's approved for adults is poisonous to baby's invitro.
But I found very few expectant woman who either know about it or have been adviced by their OBGYNs.

Here's a link.

I hadn't heard of this, but thanks for sharing it. I will ask my doctor about it.

This is something that, unless your dr. says there is a need for it, you should probably skip the suppliment, and get it in it's natural form.... fish and fish oils. This is great for pregnant women, as long as you avoid certain fish, and always have it thoroughly cooked. HTH

I'd rather take the suppliment then risk exposure to autism or mental retardation. And I really have no desire to eat 6lbs of fish every day.

This really is quite important and, unless a doctor tells you to skip it, it's definately worth looking into.

Hopefully you won't get mad at me. I just want to suggest that you go back to the website and read all of the fine print(and everything in the pale grey print), and all of the important information that they are not saying. Find out what their Exclusive Patented Source is. Everything that has a patent can be accessed by the public. If it still sounds good, go for it.
