Oh geez I'm sorry I forgot to post to you all that my panel came back all normal no highs no lows. They think the liver issue is simply from my pregnacy with the twins. More then likely when my organs got squished the liver rested on the boys sacs and the ligamet the holds your liver got lazy! and since my tummy is more like a 24 pack lately and there is no tummy strength I need to do sit ups and watch what I eat for hte IBS. Ok so sit up! I would have rather had an appedixitus attack!! How is the world will I get one it! the boys pounce me and jump up and down on me like a pogo stick!!
But I am workign on my foods and so far no more salads! Red meat is ok but pasta is out!! Oh my!!
But thanks for asking, at least this break will give me a chance to learn to chart! So you can peek at me!
I know you do! I just need to know how to set it up. I will get it done I hope today, but nothing to obsess about AF is showing and we have not DTD do to my work schedule

Well, when you're ready to set it up: On FF, click on "Sharing". Home Page Setup. Do whatever you want to do. It will show you your URL address. Copy that and, back at SK boards, click on user CP. Click on Edit Signature. Figure out where you want it to be and then click on the image icon and paste the url link into the field. Enter and it will be inserted just like your pic. Then let me obsess.

Here are some suggestions you can take with a grain of salt. I used to do some of this when i was in martial arts. Some things still work well even though i'm much lazier now.
Sorry Dee, but sucking in the stomach doesn't help the muscles. What works much better is to tighten the muscles like you were expecting to get hit there. Cinnamon, if your boys want to pounce on you, think about how you tighten your stomach so it doesn't hurt as much. Then practice doing that every time you think of it. (it's like kiegels, you can do it anytime, anywhere)
I find situps to be too hard on the neck. Here's one thing i do instead. Lay on your back, legs straight up in the air. Then tuck your chin in tight against your chest while pulling your shoulders slightly off the floor. Lower your legs to a level that seems comfortable(doesn't have to be much). Scissor your legs for as long as you can(no going til you feel the burn nonscense). Relax, and then do it again for a little while. A little goes a long way!
Now you can toss all that out and do whatever works for you.
Oh thanks I'll try that. I have certainly found the "muscles" that I need to tighten when the boys pounce me! I have been sucking it in too. I must say I've cut back on my coffee, no salads and trying to deal with my stress and it certainly seems to be helping. I'm going to start a high fiber diet and see if that helps more too. Then I think I just need to stay on it. Today I'm hurting everywhere and very gassy I know it's stress so I'm tryign to deal! UGH!
