I've been reading about this and it says that you have a steady temp but right before you O it rises because of the hormone surge and it stays up until after you finish O.
So does it go down slowly over a couple days or does it just drop bak to your non-O norm?
What does it mean when it stays up during the 2ww?

It actually goes up after you O, usually the DAY after you O. Then it should stay up during your 2ww. It may dip a little here or there, but stay above the cover line. If it stays above cover past 18 days you most certainly could be pg. If you know how long your lp usually is and you are not on a medicated cy then you may know you are pg before 18 days.

Oh, and your temp should dip right before O not rise. It SHOULD stay up after O during your 2ww.
