36 Birthday Approaching

Hi ladies. My birthday is fast approaching and I'm kinda freaking out. I thought I'd have a toddler by now and it's just so disappointing for that dream to have not come true yet. I do have a 6 month old niece from my husband's brother. She's adorable and lifts my spirits all the time.

I'm really confused this cycle and the ending is still a big mystery. It really can't come soon enough. I just want to know one way or the other. I actually got on my knees today and prayed for a healthy baby and pregnancy.

Patty: How cool to be TTC birthday buddies. Mine is on 3/9. The only thing I want is a BFP with a healthy pregnancy and bundle of joy. I'm not religious either. Just try to be spiritual. I'm in a 12 step program for issues with food. My weight has fluctuated from 128-185 in my twenties. Currently I'm hovering at 147. I'm much more comfortable and cute around 130 LOL

Missy: Congrats on your BFP! How exciting. Is it your first?

Cindy- Very cool. That is all I want too! When is your beta for this IUI? I hope you get the best present ever! 147s not too bad, do you have PCOS? (hope I'm not being too nosey) are you seeing an RE?

I will be starting my stims for my IVF tomorrow. I am getting nervious. I am so afraid of it not working...

Hi Cindy. Yes, this is my first, and I'm 38. (I know how you feel, because I always thought I'd have three by now! But I'm not complaining, and am very happy to be having my first. I'm sooo ready!) Hang in there, it will happen! Don't worry about your weight... it's fine. Don't diet now... it's easiest to get pregnant if you're just eating well and taking care of yourself. You can work off the extra 10 pounds after the baby is here.

Patty, I always check in here to see how you're doing! Don't be nervous about your IVF. I'll bet it works, sweetie, and you'll be cuddling a happy healthy baby very soon!

Long story short, my obgyn told me I have PCOS and was not ovulating. CD 22 my progesterone was 2.7 so he said I didn't o. I went to an RE for a consult Wed. and he said I am ovulating and I don't have PCOS. I don't have a beta scheduled. I'm just waiting. If I'm not pg the RE wants me to consider IVF.
