the 2ww is a killer!
Ok..I hate the waiting-the 2ww that is. Before I get to the end I have convinced myself that this is the cycle for me and that I am pg. I know that it's good to be positive don't get me wrong, but it just kills me inside when af shows her nasty self!
So here's where I am my temp finally went up and I saw O. I went from 97.7 to 98.3 and I am staying elevated right now (progesterone is working) Of course I have the side effects-extremely hungry at 9:30 in the morning, peeing, headaches, bloated, sore bbs (when I press on them) and tired by 9:00 at night. I'm sure all the side effects are in my head though!
Ahhhh thanks for the vent gals! I just needed to unload. Been feeling low lately!

Re: the 2ww is a killer!
I'm with you Staci. It's very LONG!!!!
I'm bummed because I opened up a bottle of wine right before ovulation and had to leave it half empty or full, depending on your point of view, in the frig. My DH doesn't drink wine, so I guess it's going to waste.
In the meantime, all I can do is continue temping, which is driving me crazy. I keep looking at comparison charts on FF, hoping to glean some kind of hopeful comparison that will indicate that I too am pregnant. Argh.

Re: the 2ww is a killer!
When are you going to test? And I know I'm being a nag, but I really want to see your chart!!!!!! I hope this is it for you. I hope this is it for all of us very, very soon.
Dee--I'm kind of with you on the wine thing. It's so funny, because when I was trying to get pg with Brian, I was militant. Not even a Tylenol in the 2ww. I guess that when you're on your 7th year of constant TTC/PG/Nursing restrictions, you have to cut yourself some reasonable slack. Plus, everything I've read says the little bean is pretty darn protected at that point in time--or at least enough that one glass of wine in 10 days isn't going to stop him from getting into Harvard, KWIM?

Re: the 2ww is a killer!
Alright Julie I have tried everything to get my chart in my siggi and I just CAN'T do it! I have failed everytime..I need someone to do it for me or walk me through all the steps. I'm surprised I got a ticker in my siggi Anyway I am suppose to test (according to ff) on Jan. 23rd but I probably won't make it and will test on the weekend instead
And about the wine thing..I agree a drink every now and then won't hurt! I've had a margarita during the 2ww before just to calm my nerves!
Babydust to you all girls!

Re: the 2ww is a killer!
I swear that all of my friends not actually TTC that have had children did so under drunken circumstances (no, they are not alcoholics, just on vacations or stuff like that). Maybe they're onto something

Re: the 2ww is a killer!
Now Now. It's not like I'm some alcohol prude. I drank during the 2ww of my son. I guess I'm just feeling more vulnerable this time. After many years of regular periods, they suddenly got all funky a few months back. I had a progesterone test done in December and it was "borderline low." I guess because of all that, I'm feeling like I need to be extra careful. Not for any physical reason necessarly, but more for my psychological state.
Under normal circumstances for me, I'd feel ok with some drinking. And I agree that most people get pregnant under extremely inebriated circumstances!
Hey Staci. I lived in Austin for 10 years many years back. I miss it so much. Haven't been able to talk my DH into moving there yet. Maybe one of these days....
When do you think you'll be testing? I'm dying to do it! I'm sure I'll try at 9 or 10 dpo. I've been reading about early pregnancy symptoms all over the internet and have myself convinced that it's going to happen!!!
Oh, sharing your chart. I thought it was going to be tricky too. Here's how you do it.
From your chart page, the one where you input your temp data, click on the "Sharing" link on the left side menu option. Click on "Tickers." The Tickers page will open. Click on the "Customize Your Charter Ticker" Button just underneath the picture of your ticker. You will be asked to press a series of "Next" buttons and at the end you will be able to copy/paste some code that you can enter into your signature on Sheknows.
Let me know if you any questions.

Re: the 2ww is a killer!
Hey Bradsboo.
Hard to say what's going on with your chart. Not enough history just yet to see where a coverline might be. Eggwhite cm is fertile cm though, so as long as you are dtd when you have it, you're doing all you can do.
Good luck.

Re: the 2ww is a killer!
Thanks meadowgirl
I had a lot of creamy cm tonight and thought nothing of it. Also have tender bbs and some light cramping....then again I am most certainly making up these symptoms in my mind
