What day is 1 DPO on clearplan monitor?

My monitor said peak on sunday morning which means I would O 24-36 hrs later.....so when using the monitor what day would be 1 dpo?

monday was 24 hrs....but it might not have happened until tuesday?

I guess I should count wednsday as 1 dpo?

last night I was having menstrual like cramps not severe but bad enough that i woke up feeling them,I also have sore boobs.I think that would be too early for implantation so i am panicking thinking maybe AF is coming early....Is that possible only a few days past ovualtion?

Normally i would get excited and think it means implantation but I think its too early for implantation cramps and sore boobs......right?

After 4 years and 4 months you would think I would know what I am doinga nd stop reading into everything

It's just guessing on the fm. Charting would give you an idea of dpo. Do you chart?

I agree with Nancy. You would know more with temp charts.
