Hello ladies! My daughter decided to come early!!! Friday morning at 8am my water broke while I was asleep and off we went to the hospital. When I got there I was only at 2 cm and I only had about 5 contractions so they decided to put me on Pitocin. About 3 hours laters I went from 2 to 7cm!!! About an hour later i was at 9cm and about an hour and half from then i was at 10 and 100% and ready to push!!! Just a few pushes, about 5 sets of three 10 counts, My daughter, Evelyn Ann Marie, was born at 4:21pm. She is 7 lbs 2 oz and 19 3/4 inches long. I will post pics tomorrow, DH will have to do it.

My mother can not believe that from the time my water broke and when she was born, it only took 8 hrs and 21 minutes!!! I am thanking my lucky stars!!!

Congratulations Licia. I agree with Kelli, see you were concerned about progressing. But when you progress, you sure progressed. I hope the rest of us have some good labor like you did.
