Icon9 perimenopause at 30?

Hi, I'm new here. I have a 4 yo DD and am ttc baby #2.

Back in April, I felt the loss of libido, and I had blood test done. My OB told me that my free testosterone level was very low, and prescribed me a cream to bring back my testosterone to normal level.

I didn't notice at that time, but my period cycle was getting longer and longer, too. I used to have 30-day cycle almost every month for years, but now its more like 33-37days. The period itself is lighter too.

My OB said women can be in peri(or pre) menopause phase 5-15 years before menopause begins. But, I'm only 30!

Does this mean that at 30, my eggs are already limited and their qualities aren't good?

I had a mc last August and since January of this year, I've been ttc with no luck. Now, I'm scared that even if I become pg, I'll have another mc if my egg supply isn't good. Or, what if I have a child with Down's syndrome?

I really want to have another child...but I'm scared.
