For Valentine's Day, my mom purchased a Build-a-Bear heartbeat kit from a local hospital. We had an u/s sound today and recorded the

. Afterwards we went and had our bear made.

He's modeling the coming home outfit our little boy will wear while he waits for his own to match.

William the Bear is so cute, but when you get to have your little baby in your arms would be the most beautiful moment.

I bet you can purchase the recording device from Build-A-Bear and just record the hb as we did and then return to make the bear. It'd probably be less expensive than the kit.

The kit was designed for moms who use the doctors at that hospital and it came with a t-shirt. The proceeds go to some worthwhile cause though.

The bear fits in a newborn size. I wasn't sure if he would or not, but they said 0-3 months is perfect. They aren't licensed to sell OSU wear, so people always inquire about the sizes so they can go elsewhere to purchase an outfit. Maybe his next outfit will need to be a Buckeye one.
